Capture and Share Your Engagement Announcements: Engagement photography sessions are a fantastic way to celebrate and announce your newly budding engagement. We keep it easy by having our photographers go to the destination of your choice. Each session is only one to two hours in duration, depending on the location and concept and we can provide a make-up artist for the duration of the shoot if you prefer.
Engagement Photo Locations: Due to the many choice locations, we ask that each couple spends some time thinking of a place that is significant to them. A few examples could be: where you proposed, where you met, a popular park, your home, with the pets, a frequented picnic spot, etc. The location is key and your prime engagement photo location is always one that holds the most meaning, it could be somewhere you’ve often visited or talked about and/or something that you both have in common. The main idea here is to tell your story, to document who you are as a couple so that your “Save the Dates” and announcements are friendly, familiar and journalistic in nature.
Get to Know Your Photographer: An engagement photo session is also a great way to get to know us, your photographers, and how we communicate. The photographer used to document your engagement, will always be booked for the wedding day as well. It’s always a good pre-wedding day warm-up, allowing everyone to feel more at ease and ask any questions.
Engagement Photo Pictures: After the session, the engagement pictures can often be utilized for “save the dates,” various engagement announcements, guest invitations, wedding programs, reception slideshows, albums, guest signing books or simply to be framed for your home. There are so many options.
